• What you’ll do :
• Deliver actionable insights on loyalty program performance, including membership growth, engagement trends, churn dynamics, and customer lifecycle behavior.
• Build reliable datasets by integrating internal customer, transactional, and engagement sources, ensuring data quality and analytical readiness.
• Develop scalable analytics workflows using Python and Snowflake SQL to monitor customer cohorts, track performance over time, and automate recurring analyses.
• Apply statistical methods, randomized experiments, and causal inference techniques to evaluate program changes, assess impact, and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI that clearly communicate trends and opportunities to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, loyalty, product, and finance teams to support strategic initiatives and evaluate enhancements to the loyalty program.
• What we’re looking for :
• 3+ years of experience with strong applied analytics foundation, including statistics, probability, A / B testing, and causal analysis (e.g., difference‑in‑differences, matching methods, uplift modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), with experience building efficient transformations and data models.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and independently identifying high‑impact analytical opportunities.
• Skilled at translating quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
