Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

The opportunity

We are currently have a new opportunity for 1 Full-Time Scheduler (Service Delivery Worker) role in York Region.

Salary : $23.63 per hour

Hours : 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Using the electronic Quatro Scheduling system, the SDW will develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both clients and staff in accordance with the client service and budgeted hours.
• Develop and revise as needed, a master schedule, in accordance with the client service and budgeted hours.
• Provide hours of service monthly reports to Supervisor.
• Ensure client-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to supervisor for follow-up.
• Provide administration support for Programs (i.e. correspondence, file management, co-ordinate staff meetings, orientation and training etc).
• Payroll processing and verifying of personal expense statements to meet set deadlines identified by the payroll schedule.
• Carrying the after-hours phone based on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for clients and staff.
