Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Private Chauffeur-Driver to be responsible for transporting the principal, family members, and guests to various locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. The Private Chauffeur-Driver should ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and always presentable. Additional responsibilities will include general light maintenance work at the principal's residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations.
• Plan routes to ensure the most efficient journey.
• Assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle and help with any luggage.
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness both inside and out.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained properly and coordinate timely servicing and repairs.
• Be available on-call for unscheduled drives.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Abide by all traffic laws and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and always demonstrate professionalism.
• Able to perform light maintenance at the principal's residence e.g. touch ups, changing light bulbs, etc.
• Perform various errands and deliveries as needed.

Requirements

A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record. Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas. Experience as a private chauffeur. Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with GPS devices. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and sense of initiative. Flexibility with working hours; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers as necessary. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
