Vice President of Sales / Marketing / E-Commerce - Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Employment Information :

  • Salary : CAD 200,000 per year / 40 hours per week
  • Employment conditions : Fixed term or contract, Full time
  • Start as soon as possible

Languages :

Due to the international nature of the company, other languages are an asset.

Education :

No diploma is required if the candidate has sufficient experience in the field.

Experience :

A minimum of 10 years of experience in different categories of mid to high price segments of the fashion industry or a related sector with specific experience in e-commerce implementation. Familiarity with the process of import and export of apparel and related products to Canada, the EU, and the USA.

Work must be done in person. There is no possibility of remote work.

Responsibilities :

  • Allocate the material, human and financial resources necessary for the implementation of policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of the organization's main services and the creation of higher-level positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or services.
  • Establish the organization's objectives by formulating or approving its policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors and other management personnel, delegate necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions.
