Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing fast. You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - ERP & BI, you will act as a Dynamics 365 quality assurance functional expert, playing a key role in all activities relating to the platform : evolution projects, periodic updates, support, and maintenance, and so on.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as Dynamics 365 (D365) functional expert with a focus on quality assurance, including Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) applications
- Analyze and understand the system's functional and technical specifications
- Establish strategy and plan testing activities (functional, integration, end-to-end, acceptance, regression) for D365 production releases and updates
- Write and update test cases, ensuring the quality of requirements documentation
- Execute the various test cases on the test management tools.
- Design and promote quality assurance processes
- Identify recurring problems and propose possible solutions.
- In collaboration with the ERP team, support platform users by helping to resolve their problems
- Follow up on bug fixes
- Participate in community of practice efforts to maintain the platform
- Keep abreast of developments and best test practices associated with D365 (CE and F&O)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in functional analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 (other ERPs an asset)
- Demonstrated experience with test management tools (DevOps Test Plans an asset)
- Experience in automated testing (RSAT tool an asset)
- Fluency in French (oral and written) and an intermediate level of English
- Excellent analytical and problem identification skills
- Concern for the quality of deliverables
- Enjoys teamwork and is a self-starter
