Responsibilities

1. Translate and improve the Open API documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity for both English and Chinese-speaking developers.

2. Create, maintain, and update code snippets, sample projects, and tutorials to help developers integrate with our platform effectively.

3. Provide timely and effective technical support to developers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.

4. Actively engage with the developer community to gather feedback and continuously improve the overall developer experience.

5. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the Open API meets the needs of external developers.

6. Organize and participate in developer-focused events and workshops to promote best practices and new features of the Open API.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both languages.

2. Passion for improving the developer experience, with experience working on API documentation, tutorials, or similar resources.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

4. A love for helping others and a strong sense of responsibility in providing support.

5. Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry is a plus.

6. Ability to write clean, concise code snippets and contribute to technical projects.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working remotely.
