Bilingual Maximo Business Analyst

Our client has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Business Analyst – Maximo to join their team in Quebec City on a 6 month contract.

As a Maximo Business Analyst, you will:

Work with business lines to understand and analyze processes and needs.

Perform high-level documentation work using templates and diagrams.

Analyze and understand how the Maximo system is configured.

Carry out various interventions required.

Act as a point of contact with the company's external suppliers.

Monitor the progress of the work carried out and carry out acceptance tests.

Design and execute test plans.

Carry out certain interventions, including the configuration of Maximo

Participate in a major IBM Maximo software update.

As an ideal candidate, you have the following qualifications:

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Computer Science. University Degree in Computer Science (asset)

IBM Maximo certification (asset).

5 years of experience with IBM Maximo solutions.

Experience in implementing or updating IBM Maximo solutions.

Proficiency in other technological tools such as: SharePoint, Database, Visio Modeling, Java and .Net Programming.

Knowledge of the industrial procurement and maintenance process.

Strong ability to work in a complex environment.

Demonstrated ability to build good relationships and communication with project stakeholders (Internal and External).

Bilingualism French and English (Interaction with English-speaking internal and external stakeholders).

Excellent level of oral and written communication in French and intermediate level in English.

Ability to act as the resource person for Maximo solutions

Knowledge of the industrial procurement and maintenance process (asset).
