JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform routine and special tests on transformers, power metering products, power distribution units, and other integrated systems to ensure products meet specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing or design issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. This NOT an entry level position and must meet the requirements listed

REQUIREMENTS

• Perform routine and special tests on products (transformers, power metering products, distribution units, and other integrated systems)
• Assist in the assembly of products to specifications by following blueprints and schematics
• Strong applied knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits
• Electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical diploma from a Community College or equivalent.
• C.E.T. certification an asset
• Ability to assemble mechanical parts using assembly drawings and bills of material
• Knowledgeable in the use of power meters, hi pot testers, etc.
• Familiar with hand tools, soldering irons, portable power tools
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with Health and Safety procedures
• Adhere to all ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

SHIFT

Day shift – 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm

Afternoon shift – 3 : 30pm to 12 : 00am.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 / hr.
