Are you seeking a full-time, on-site position as a Bilingual Real Estate Law Clerk in Embrun ? If you have 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate law and are bilingual in English and French , this role may be for you. Salary range : $50,000-$65,000

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate law and financing
  • Bilingualism in English and French (required)
  • College Diploma in Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program
  • Quick learner with strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience with Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, Teraview —knowledge of Clio and corporate law is an asset

About the role

If hired, you will :

  • Manage real estate and financing files from start to finish
  • Conduct and interpret title searches
  • Prepare legal documents for real estate and financing transactions
  • Coordinate team calendars, schedules, and workflow
  • Maintain client communication and manage follow-ups with all parties
  • Organize client files, prepare invoices, and final reports
  • Handle clerical, administrative tasks, and assist in other areas as needed
