The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Controller role with full ownership of the accounting function. Youll be the go-to finance leader working closely with the President & COO and supporting a Board made up largely of non-financial operational leaders .

The goal of this hire is simple and important :

Stabilize modernize and strengthen the finance function so leadership can focus on the mission.

What Youll Be Accountable For

Core Accounting & Payroll

• Own full-cycle accounting : AP AR general ledger payroll
• Lead the month-end and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure clean reconciliations journal entries and supporting schedules

Controls Audit & Compliance

Systems & Process Improvement
