Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting - One Year Contract

About the Opportunity

• Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics.

Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and financial recommendations to leadership.

Automate and streamline reporting and budgeting processes for efficiency.

Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support external audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Partner with senior management to develop business cases and financial strategies.

Oversee risk management procedures and ensure policy compliance.

Mentor and lead a team, supporting professional development and performance.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Adaptive Planning).

Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Rate

$55.00 / Hour
