Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end operational execution, ensuring strong conversion, predictable cycle times, and consistent quality across all markets
• Design and refine scalable, compliant workflows for consumer origination and transaction management
• Implement automation-first processes and collaborate with technical teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and performance metrics
• Recruit, train, and develop a lean, high-performing operations team as volume increases
• Champion the consumer experience from initial engagement through closing, ensuring clarity, trust, and responsiveness
• Establish feedback loops to inform strategic and operational decision-making
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including capital, underwriting, legal, product, and technology
• Identify operational constraints and proactively implement solutions
Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing operational systems, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment
• Degree in business, engineering, analytics, or a related field. That being said, the real priority is experience, not credentials.
• Strong decision-making skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Analytical mindset with fluency in operational data
• Disciplined approach to processes in high-stakes environments
• Hands-on leadership with high ownership and low ego
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
