Fonctions :
Relevant du directeur général, le/la responsable qualité devra contribuer à l’accomplissement et le suivi des activités de gestion de la qualité et de l’amélioration continue de l’entreprise.
Apporter un support technique aux clients internes, externes et aux fournisseurs.
Réviser et maintenir la documentation du système de gestion de la qualité incluant tous les processus et instructions de travail de l’entreprise.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de production afin d’effectuer différents suivis ou interventions et voir au respect des spécifications et exigences clients.
Effectuer des audits internes de produits, procédés et de système.
Gérer le processus des non conformités internes et externes.
Animer des ateliers de résolution de problèmes.
Réviser et maintenir le système de formation des employés de production.
Maintenir à jour les statistiques relatives aux suivis qualité des produits et soulever les opportunités d’amélioration.
Animer des ateliers d’amélioration continu.
Gérer le processus de validation de nouveau produit.
Gérer le système de calibration
Qualifications requises
Langues parlées et écrites : francais et anglais
Connaissance des logiciels : World, Excel, Power Point
Personnalité ouverte, proactive et possédant une aptitude certaine au niveau des relation interpersonnelles.
