Job description

My client, a fintech firm in Montreal seeks a dynamic BI Developer to create interactive, visually stunning analytics in Tableau that will empower decision-makers, part of the Data & Analytics Office , a high-impact team that processes trillions of data points and manages our cutting-edge data lakes built on Snowflake.

130K to $150K CAD, based in Montreal, hybrid role.

Duties

Design and develop impactful Tableau dashboards that drive decision-making.
Analyze data from multiple sources within our Snowflake-powered data lake .
Ensure dashboards are optimized for peak performance.
Coach and guide end users to leverage self-service analytics .
Collaborate with a global team of developers in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Required Skills

Hands-on expertise with Tableau development .

Strong SQL skills (preferably in MariaDB / MySQL or Snowflake ).

Tableau Server administration experience (a plus, but not required).

Knowledge of quantitative and statistical data analysis.

Exceptional communication skills.

Financial industry experience (a big plus).
