Summary

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and / or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and / or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll :

Resolve technical issues with customers services

Empowered to Fix billing concerns

Provide customers with the right services based on their wants and needs

Ability to remain calm and deescalate a situation

Provided the time and resources to ensure we resolve customers issues

Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :

Ability to type 25 words per min with 90% accuracy

Basic computer skills (office and web browsers)

Pass account specific exams based on training materials delivered

6 months call center experience is an asset

6 months – 1 year of customer experience

Ability to work full time M-F 9am – 9pm

Background clearance etc.

Pass a language assessment

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

Eagerness to learn new technologies

The base salary range for this position is $16.50 (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), registered retirement savings plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid training days.
