Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance
Drive the development in C#, .NET, Unity, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant code that meets Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and architects, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables
Make informed DevOps decisions and contribute to optimizing development processes and performance
Maintain high code quality through best practices, rigorous code reviews, and performance optimization

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Unity-based solutions.

Strong proficiency in C# with deep knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

Extensive experience in software and application design and architecture.

Strong familiarity with modern design patterns and architectural best practices.

Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Team Lead, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective team mentorship

Strong knowledge of Agile processes, software quality assurance, and coding standards

Technical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving innovation and excellence

Pay Rate : $100-120 / hour
