Reporting to the President & CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team the Chief People and Purpose Officer (CPPO) is an enterprise strategist and culture architect who ensures people and purpose are embedded in Atlantic Lotterys business strategy. The CPPO shapes organizational identity and workforce strategy curating a compelling narrative that connects past achievements to future aspirations and inspires every employee to see their role in the journey.
The CPPO provides executive oversight for enterprise change management ensuring strategies and practices enable organizational agility adoption of key initiatives and alignment with Atlantic Lotterys culture and purpose. Grounded in research and real-world practice they integrate listening purpose behavior engagement and sustained action to drive meaningful and lasting impact.
As a strategic partner to the President & CEO the CPPO influences corporate priorities and governance while leading enterprise-wide initiatives that define the future of work. They bring depth and credibility across culture evolution leadership development organizational design enterprise change management and environmental social and governance (ESG) stewardship. The CPPO embeds people-centered data-informed and purpose-driven approaches that enable growth innovation and resilience in a rapidly changing gambling industry. The CPPO ensures the organization is equipped with the right people culture practices and capabilities to deliver both immediate priorities and long-term goals.
We are seeking a visionary executive with a proven record of shaping enterprise culture and workforce strategies at scale ideally within complex regulated environments. The successful candidate will bring 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience spanning people strategy and enterprise change leadership; a demonstrated ability to design and measure strategies that enhance culture and performance; and strong commercial acumen to link people outcomes to organizational results. Experience engaging at the Board level and influencing corporate governance coupled with credibility in ESG or social purpose is highly valued. Exceptional communication influence and stakeholder partnership skills-grounded in data-informed decision-making and purposeful leadership-are essential.
