Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide financial reports and insights to management, suggesting actionable recommendations
  • Analyze costs, pricing, and sales performance against business plans to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop financial trends and projections to guide future organizational financial planning
  • Identify and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities to enhance profitability
  • Oversee finance department operations, establishing goals and frameworks for achievement
  • Manage the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Liaise with auditors and other departments to ensure compliance and coordinate future planning efforts

What We Need From You :

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills (macros, dynamic models, etc.)
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Hands-on experience with full cycle accounting, consolidations, intercompany etc.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and the ability to support system implementation
  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
