We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our location at CrossIron Mills Mall. The ideal candidate will lead a vibrant team, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately.
• Train, develop, and coach team members to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management.

• Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is a plus.
• Experience with clienteling is advantageous.
