Position Summary
SE Health Occupational Therapists provide person‑centered care, building rapport and trust with clients while positively supporting them to progress in their homes. A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.Recent experience managing patients in acute / rehab or community‑based rehabilitation programs is preferred.Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants and high‑performance interdisciplinary teams.Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Positive work and attendance record is essential.Ability to adapt to new computer applications.Role follows a hybrid work approach : remote work combined with client sessions in acute / rehab or community‑based settings.About SE Health – A not‑for‑profit social enterprise with 115+ years of impact, advancing health with heart.
