Our client, a highly regarded public accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for their Moncton, NB office.

This is a permanent opportunity ideal for a CPA professional with a client-focused work ethic who thrives in a professional office environment within a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

Cultivate and oversee senior-level client connections and identify service opportunities Review of personal and corporate tax returns Review of audit, review and compilation engagements, and other financial disclosures Deliver and promote high quality client and business services Offer support, mentorship, and growth opportunities to all levels of staff Develop and conduct internal training sessions for staff Oversee and manage engagement budgets, billings, and work in process variances Other accounting, finance, and special project responsibilities as required

Skills & Attributes for Success :

Chartered Professional Accountant designation 8 - 10+ years relevant public accounting experience Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite, Caseware, and / or TaxPrep is considered an asset Professional approach with an understanding of client-focused work in a fast-paced environment Dedicated organizational and time management skills with the ability to pivot between tasks and prioritize workflow to meet strict deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
