Job Description : As an agent at AO, you will engage with union members and their families as well as other emerging markets.
Understand their needs, and provide customized permanent insurance solutions. This role offers a clear path to management for those who demonstrate leadership potential and a passion for helping others.

Conduct virtual meetings to present and explain our insurance products. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Attend weekly training sessions and participate in leadership development programs. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
Requirements : No prior experience is required; we value ambition and a willingness to learn. A life insurance license or commitment to obtain one with a CIPR number.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Must be 18 or older, reside in Ontario, and be legally able to work in Canada.
