E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator – 1‑Year Contract at Niagara Falls (on‑site). Reporting to the E‑Commerce Manager, the candidate will manage traffic and conversion strategies, develop and maintain key e‑commerce accounts, handle account administration, and conduct reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Administration – Maintain and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central. Investigate and resolve marketplace listing issues. Manage case resolution for marketplace accounts. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance.
- Traffic and Conversion Strategies – Schedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales. Collaborate with agency to manage Amazon pay‑per‑click advertising. Set up and launch new products on e‑commerce marketplaces. Implement yearly sales and marketing plans. Explore business growth opportunities with account managers.
- Reporting and Analysis – Prepare reports on sales and expenditures. Analyze sales performance versus forecasts. Evaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plans.
- Other – Collaborate with the E‑Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in an e‑commerce marketplace role (preferably Amazon).
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) and experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listings.
- Strong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experience.
- Technical familiarity with Outlook, Smartsheet, ERP, PIM, marketplace seller portals, and Criteo ad platform.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Aptitude for problem‑solving.
This is a full‑time 1‑year fixed‑term position working 40 hours a week on‑site. Hours: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
