Description
Responsibilities
- Foster the TPM standard in the Kautex Windsor
- Support spare parts management in collaboration with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineer at Windsor site
- Execute trainings for Windsor team members in the use of the EAM system.
- Implementation of best practices and solutions
- Responsible to collect and corelate OEE data and key metrics for use in TPM daily activities
- Use of CMMS D7i software tools in order to drive global standardization within the maintenance processes
- Work with local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and time lines are met, standard is kept and developed further
- Support and interact with the manufacturing teams and ensure standards are kept
- Be responsible for the daily planning of predictive / preventative maintenance activities of all manufacturing equipment and processes
- Verify and execute all TPM objectives
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts
- Develop and implement and maintain technical standards
- Responsible for successful IATF and local departmental audits relating to all aspects of the EAM processes

Master’s degree in Engineer3-5 or more years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferably automotive)Manufacturing experience requiredDetailed knowledge about predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipmentGeneral knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating / maintaining manufacturing equipmentMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS and MinitabEnglish speaking and writing skillsLean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCACompetencies
