About the role

Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth in Ajax and Belleville areas across residential and commercial propane markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acquire new residential and commercial propane clients and manage key accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for residential propane and HVAC services.
• Dedicate 80% of time to prospecting new commercial opportunities; 20% to nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track sales activities in CRM and monitor performance metrics.
• Adhere to provincial propane regulations and safety standards.
• Travel regularly and manage territory logistics.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of sales experience with proven target achievement.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in propane or fuels is a plus.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong time management and independent work ability.
