You will come up with innovative ideas to update and upgrade our product lines. The engineering team at Neptronic works in three different disciplines (mechanical, hardware and firmware) and perform different tests to ensure our product designs meets the requirements of our global markets.

On a typical day you will…

• Participate in the product design of various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industry
• Source suppliers around the world, to help us bring our new concepts to life with the highest quality in a cost-efficient manner
• Resolve complex technical challenges, whether on the aspect of product or subassemblies; often this includes designing test jigs and procedures and documenting its results
• Assist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions and often collaborate with them to implement improvements
