THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our client located Brantford, ON . This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse through safe forklift operation, accurate order handling, and efficient material management.

Responsibilities :

Safely transport, load, and unload materials and equipment within the facility

Move and stack goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions

Check loads are secure and stack empty pallets properly

Perform daily equipment checks and maintain powered industrial trucks

Maintain clean, safe work areas and accurate inventory records

Follow all safety procedures while handling materials

Qualification :

Minimum 3 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting

Forklift certification required

Strong sense of balance and eye-hand-foot coordination

Ability to assess weights, judge distances and heights, and safely handle heavy materials

Comfortable working in varying temperatures and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to safety and material handling
