• Hours : Full‑Time Permanent, 35 hours per week. Willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Other : Combination of general office environment and occasional off‑site travel. Ability to exert up to 8.9 kg (20 lbs) of force occasionally, and / or up to 4.4 kg (10 lbs) of force constantly to move objects.

Position Summary

This position supports the advancement of the City’s digital transformation by leading and delivering large, complex IT programs and projects. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to leading and delivering enterprise‑wide IT initiatives with a focus on applications, digital platforms, and business process transformation. Responsibilities include providing functional leadership in portfolio governance, intake, and resource alignment to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value aligned with corporate priorities.
