Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain)
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
