Senior Analyst, Global Analytic Insights

The Concentrix Catalyst team drives transformation, data, and technology services that modernize and simplify the customer experience. The Analyst, Global Analytic Insights will lead a small analytic team and own analytic projects that directly impact business outcomes and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with internal and client units to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, processes, and services.
- Map and review assigned business processes from end-to-end, identify operational, financial, and technological risks, and provide quantified mitigation strategies.
- Scope and manage analytical projects, including timeline creation, documentation, data analysis, and presentation of actionable recommendations.
- Implement and track the impact of recommendations to ensure value realization and continuous improvement.
- Listen to live and recorded calls to generate data, assess customer emotions and satisfaction levels through sentiment analysis, and identify hindrances to issue resolution.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, present findings to executives, and manage project governance.
Qualifications – Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years related experience.Proven experience in a contact center environment with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and descriptive and predictive analytics methods.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project implementation skills.Self‑motivated ability to work quickly, efficiently, and autonomously in a dynamic environment.Willing to work onsite fully or as needed on client / account / business needs and on a North American work schedule.Preferred
Exposure to Python, SQL, Databricks, and similar applications.Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies and experience using AI tools to create solutions.Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $66,472–$94,960 (CAD) plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, RRSP, paid time off, and holidays.
