Overview

Are you proud to contribute your skills to delivering quality health care CSWs are an integral part of a health care team and in this role you will encourage support and promote independence for patients in home and community care settings by assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of our Personal Support Manager.

We are looking for Community Support Workers to help us bring patient and family-centered care to in patients in the Prescott Smith Falls Perth ON and surrounding areas.

Availability for a Weekend Worker is as follows :

Must be available every weekend inclusive of Friday evenings and open availability both Saturday and Sunday.

Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program weve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
