ABOUT THE SENIOR Marketing MANAGER - Toronto, Ontario.
Brodie League is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to plan, direct and coordinate Brodie’s brand operations, from strategy and research to planning, execution, and analysis.
You will work directly with the Creative Manager and Media Manager to meet creative goals and standards. This is a full-time role that will report to the Senior Creative Operations Manager in person in Toronto with flexibility to work from home.
This person should be proactive, innovative, and passionate about changing adult sports forever.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support business objectives, timeline, and league management.
- Lead community engagement and weekly activities as outlined.
- Manage Virtual Assistants and streamline DMs, and social media engagement.
- Manage Influencer relationships, activations, and collaborations.
- Promote Brodie to facilities, industry leads, brands, influencers, and media outlets across different channels.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning through personal behaviors, product demonstrations, and peer-to-peer learning.
Remain up to date with all new processes and implement them when needed.
- Conduct Player Experience temperature checks and Quality Assurance. Audit locations to ensure community engagement remains high.
- Help grow the athlete base of each location through sales, superior customer service, and business partnerships & marketing to secure long-term members.
- Remain reachable and responsive via phone, as needed, to provide timely support and address any urgent matters that may arise outside of regular working hours.
RESULTS
- Ensure community and player feedback is consistently high, measured through surveys and location reviews.
- Maintain an 80%+ retention of athletes season over season league-wide.
- Provide weekly reports on community engagement, DMs, and posting timelines.
- Plan, storyboard, and facilitate 2 trending series on Instagram and TikTok.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Experience managing and adhering to a budget.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to workshop planning.
- Upbeat attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where they will have a lot of autonomy.
SALARY
$70,000 - $80,000 CAD
