Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our Brampton, ON office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services.
- Preparation of reports related to the Mechanical and Electrical systems within facilities.
- Review and prepare reports and repair / replacement cost estimates.
What your experience looks like
- College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
- Exposure to mechanical / electrical equipment for building services including : HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, boiler plants, chiller plants, heating systems, generators, specialized air conditioning systems could also be an asset.
- Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- A valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.
- Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
