Location : This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week at our Ottawa, ON office located at 40 Hines Rd, Ottawa, ON K2K 2M5, Canada.

Position Summary :

As an applied AI / ML engineer working on Trend Vision One™ Platform (), you will collaborate with a global team to develop novel and best-in-class AI-Powered solutions to secure our customers' digital world.

Responsibilities :

Apply AI / ML skills on large scale datasets across the platform for AI-powered features ( security companion, attack surface insights, risk assessment, risk quantification... )

Design, implement and maintain effective MLOps pipelines to assure accuracy, validity and reliability of data / ML and LLM models

Design, build and operate robust AI-based and GenAI-based services in Vision One™ Platform with customer insight for better service quality

Collaborate with data platform staffs on scalable systems for high performance data transform, feature engineering and data correlation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields AND 2+ years experience in ML / AI work OR equivalent experience.

Strong working experiences of machine learning and big data analysis which can include predictive analytics, time series forecasting, deep learning, knowledge graph systems or GenAI.

Strong machine learning breadth and depth with solid experience developing using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn

Proficiency in programming skills in Python,Go or similar language

With working knowledge of credit scorecard / scoring system, fraud detection, risk assessment / cyber security frameworks (NIST RMF, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, FAIR, COBIT5, ISO... ) - is a plus
