They specialize in theacquisition of B2B companies and design and implementation andsupport of various B2B software across a wide range ofindustries.

JobSummary

Reporting directly to theGeneral Manager the Sales Director will be pivotal in establishinga worldclass customerfocused enterprise sales organization whichwill be focusing on the Retail SaaS space.

This role demandsoutstanding leadership and teambuilding skills to drive coachmanage and mentor your team towards achieving a 30% yearoveryeargrowth in bookings across North America.

You will play a crucialrole in transforming the sales organization into a more disciplinedand consultative selling entity.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Driveorganic growth by achieving strong yearoveryear bookingsresults.
  • Actively lead demand generationactivities to build and expand the salespipeline.
  • Set meet and exceed quarterly andannual sales quotas and objectives.
  • Collaboratewith Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to align salesactivities with product strategies.
  • Foster asales culture focused on delivering exceptional customerexperiences.
  • Continuously monitor and adjustthe sales coverage model to ensure a strong ROI on salesinvestments.
  • Measure coach mentor and topgradethe sales team to exceed targets.
  • Reportmonthly on sales progress activities highlights challenges andinsights.
  • Establish and reinforce salespolicies consultative selling processes and account planningstandards.
  • Ensure data accuracy in salesrecords for projections up to 12months.
  • Effectively manage customer and salesteam escalations in collaboration withpeers.
  • Conduct in depth market research andcompetitor analysis to refine salespractices.
  • Work collaboratively with peers toaddress and meet customer needs.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management with 15years of enterprise sales experience; MBA is anasset.
  • At least 10 years of experience leadinga sales team and achieving exceptionalresults.
  • Strong consultative sales acumen witha clientfocused leadership style.
  • Priorexperience working with retail sector SaaS or retailmarketing
  • Proven track record in sellingenterprise solutions and building strong industryrelationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to attractdevelop and retain top sales talent.
  • Highenergyresultsoriented and competitive yet humble approach to marketsuccess.
  • Selfstarter thriving in a fastpacedenvironment with acute attention to detail and customercare.
  • Excellent presentation negotiation andexecutive engagement skills.
  • Superiorcommunication and active listeningskills.
  • Experience in developing compensationplans and coaching valuebased salesmethodologies.
  • Proven ability in implementingand delivering on account planning.
  • Recognizedfor high drive business acumen work ethic and metricorientation.
  • Willingness and ability to travelmore than 20% of the time.
