The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Project Administrator with a background in commercial and / or residential construction who’s ready to grow with a community driven general contractor. With a collaborative team, diverse project opportunities, and strong mentorship, you’ll help deliver quality projects and a great client experience across the Fraser Valley.
As a Project Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing purchase orders, change orders, tracking RFIs (Request for Information) and SIs (Site Instructions), preparing reports, processing invoices, and facilitating communication across the project team. You will liaise with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards.
We’re hiring for a full‑time, temporary role based in Chilliwack, BC, expected to run for approximately 12 months with the potential for extension!
