Nanny Wanted - Experienced, Full Time, Live Out Nanny Wanted In The Cowichan Valley, $23 / Hr. Must Drive And Have Their Own Car.

Our family is seeking an experienced, full-time live-out nanny in the Cowichan Valley. We have one son, Liam, who is 15 months old. We are looking for a responsible individual to provide care for Liam and help manage our household.

We require a nanny with driving experience and a clean driving record, CPR certification and cooking skills. We are offering a competitive rate of $23.00 hourly for somebody that meets all our criteria. Regular schedule will be 35-40 hours per week. We are looking for someone with flexibility who can work additional hours occasionally when needed.

Responsibilities of the position will include :

• engaging in age-appropriate activities, including outings such as playground, library, and BC Forestry Discovery Centre train
• preparing healthy meals and snacks for our child
• meal prep / cooking for the family's meals ~2-3 times weekly
• keeping the kitchen and eating area clean and tidy
• family and household laundry
• helping tidy up toys with our child
• ability to multitask and take independent ownership of duties is crucial

We have a non-allergenic medium dog (a labradoodle) who will be in the home. No dog care requested. We have full-time cleaners so the only cleaning required is in the kitchen / eating area, as well as cleaning up any messes made during daily activities.
