Responsibilities

• Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
• Documents field records for quality production labor and materials.
• Assists with inventory and tracking time sheets costs and quantities.
• Prepares quantity takeoffs.
• Assists in monitoring the quality plan including conducting quality inspections.
• Conducts basic safety inspections and training identifies and corrects safety hazards and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
• Assists the project team with subtrade partner management including managing requests for information shop drawings changes and billings and workforce planning
• Assists with schedules and monitoring performance.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders.
