Overview

We are looking for a Designer to join our fast-growing team, with experience in CRM / email design. This role involves working within established design systems to deliver high-quality digital assets, while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CRM design in Figma.
• Work from existing design systems to translate assets from legacy platforms (e.g., Canvas) into Figma.
• Prepare and hand off production-ready files to developers.
• Adapt layouts with consistency across multiple brands, ensuring alignment guidelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support additional design projects (e.g., direct mail, web updates) to broaden scope and contribute across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
