Who You Are

As a Senior Accountant you will sit within the International Accounting team where your responsibilities will include all aspects of the general ledger and month-end close and managing relationships with external accounting and tax vendors.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

• Responsible for account reconciliations entering journal entries and maintaining accurate records and files and contributing to the timely and accurate entry of financial transactions
• Lead month-end closing process across the companys international entities and assist in the consolidation process
• Manage external accounting vendors across multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting for our International entities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Manage account analysis reconciliations and various accounting schedules as part of the month-end close process
• Compile and analyze large volumes of data for reporting
• Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles
• Provide support during the annual audit
• Assist with special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned

TAX

• Review international tax compliance and support global tax return filings.
• Assist with transfer pricing compliance and documentation including intercompany transaction analysis and coordination with external advisors.
• Contribute to international tax research including modeling the tax impact of various business decisions
• Coordinate with global teams and advisors to support tax compliance manage data requests and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles with strong understanding of accounting principles and group consolidation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A highly analytical self-starter with the ability to resolve problems independently
• Must be detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Exhibits accountability and ownership
• Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
• Ability to see existing processes find their true value and make them more efficient and valuable to the business
• Interest in learning new processes and implementing the latest technology in a fast paced data driven environment
• Public accounting or public/private company corporate accounting experience a plus; Tech industry experience a plus
• Experience with large datasets a plus
• CPA or working towards completing a CPA a plus
• Previous experience with Netsuite QBO or other ERP systems a plus

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate including and not limited to skill set level of relevant experience and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
