Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing content for a variety of audiences and assets including blogs, websites, case studies, video, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, ensure brand consistency, and translate technical language into consumable content.
• Maintain brand voice across all external content.
• Monitor, manage, and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Leverage SEO best practices to build RWDI’s online presence.
• Assist in developing landing pages and digital assets in coordination with the graphic design team.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display.
• Report on digital performance across web, social, and campaign channels.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Post‑secondary education in marketing, digital communications, or a related field required; additional training is an asset.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for creating marketing content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience with analytics tools (including GA4), SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and campaign management.
