Customer Service Representative

Are you ready to be the reassuring voice millions of Canadians trust? We are seeking a Client Care Representative (English) to join our dynamic Contact Centre team as a Client Wellness Champion, providing essential service to clients and providers regarding our Group Benefit products.

* Weekday Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday work week with shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM. Shifts vary from 8AM to 8PM and require full availability between these hours.
* Work-Life Balance: This is a hybrid position requiring working from the office at least 2 times per week. Quantity and fixed days per week subject to review.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive payrate
Contract - 6 months (potential contract to hire)
Location: Hybrid role meaning work site is Waterloo King on Wed+Thurs, WFH M-T-F
Daily Work hours (e.g. 9 am – 5 pm): Can be any 8-hr shift between 8am-8pm (8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8)

Responsibilities
- Our supportive leaders are looking for talented customer service individuals that will:
- Help Clients and advisors with questions about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls.
- Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way.
- Provide Clients and advisors with additional information on products & services in support of their financial and health goals.
- Ensure our Clients and advisors have the right information taking the right amount of their time.

Qualifications
- You are customer service oriented, tech-savvy, like to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong written and verbal skills, with ability to identify the reason for the call and relay accurate information in a clear and understandable format

Assets:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Previous experience with current systems/programs
- Overtime may be required based on service demands

Must be able to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada (includes a background check with fingerprinting by the RCMP).
