Taps Public House is hiring a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager!

Taps Public House, a renowned restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Manager. As a key player in our establishment, you will have the opportunity to oversee and enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that every visit is memorable. By joining us, you will have the chance to work in a vibrant environment where you can develop your skills and be part of a team that values quality and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of enthusiastic staff members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
  • Coordinate and oversee events and special promotions
  • Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food & beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
  • High school degree or equivalent
