We are building our pool for when peak season comes! Our client is looking for a picker / packer in Kingston, Ontario!

In this role you will be covering picker / packer tasks for a busy client in Kingston, Ontario.

Rate : $18.25 / hr. with a $1 / hr. premium

Shift : Afternoons, 4 : 30pm - 12 : 30am or may be extended (30 min unpaid lunch & two 15 min paid break)

  • Must be flexible as needed over the holidays.

As a picker packer, your main responsibilities include :

  • Perform general warehouse functions such as : picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
  • Handle inbound / outbound loads, perform cycle counts, product put away, and replenish stock locations
  • Perform work in accordance with account-specific Standard Operating Procedures at acceptable productivity levels
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Work in a safe manner and adhere to all Company policies and procedures as well as Health and Safety Regulations
  • Maintain an organized and clean environment
  • Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned by Management
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience within a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment
  • High School or equivalent education
  • Previous RF equipment experience
  • Dedicated to providing superior customer service and quality focused
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks that may require light to moderately heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Must be flexible as needed over the holidays.
  • Paying attention to details , such as colors, sizes, and features, to ensure order accuracy.
