The Commercial Lines Account Manager will:

• Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts.
• Ensure successful renewal of accounts by conducting thorough account reviews putting together comprehensive submissions to send to market and providing professional advice to clients.
• Oversee processing of endorsements certificates by the Technical Assistants.
• Respond to daily inquiries from clients such as general questions cancellations and payment issues.
• Represent KASE Insurance at industry events build relationships with the insurance carriers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates.

To be successful as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with KASE Insurance you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Current RIBO License in good standing
• Proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients
• Strong analytical organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
• CAIB or other insurance related certifications is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling
• Experience in negotiating renewals with carriers
