Position Description :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the President and is responsible for performing the following tasks :

• Prepare and post job descriptions to appropriate websites
• Source and attract candidates using various tools
• Create and maintain applicant records.
• Efficiently fill open positions.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Support weekly and quarterly reporting as required.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and issues.
• Provide support for improvement initiatives.
• Schedule & facilitate pre-employment reference checks.
• Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees

This position will be eligible for bonuses based on successful placements in addition to their base pay .
