The Opportunity :

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to oversee financial operations, provide visionary leadership, and drive business success. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, mentor a high-performing finance team, and contribute to strategic planning in a scale-up environment.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, guiding decision-making at the executive level.
  • Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow optimization while managing risk and investments.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Compliance and Risk : Ensure adherence to financial regulations, mitigate risks, and collaborate on regulatory and legal matters.
  • Technology Integration : Implement financial technology solutions to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • M&A Activities : Participate in M&A financial integration and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.

What We Need From You :

  • CPA designation with 7+ years of experience, ideally in scale-up or private-equity-backed organizations.
  • Strong full-cycle accounting expertise, including financial reporting under ASPE, variance analyses, and FP&A experience.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
