Talent Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join their team for a contract role in Edmonton, Alberta. This hybrid position supports core HR operations, including employee files, transfers, terminations, and onboarding, while collaborating closely with payroll and the HR team. The role requires strong organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process employee files, transfers, terminations, leaves, and extensions.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate PeopleSoft processing.
• Manage HR documentation using SharePoint.
• Track HR data using basic Excel functions.
• Apply collective agreements and support compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and employee position changes.
• Support team communication and address administrative backlogs.
