As a Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media and marketing campaigns to promote NicheAve and our services
• Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media channels
• Manage our social media accounts and engage with our audience
• Monitor and analyze social media and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns
• Work collaboratively with the sales and lettings team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• A passion for social media and marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice
