To thrive in this role, you must be registered (or eligible for registration) and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and possess a current CPR / First Aid certification. Your proficiency in electronic documentation and eMar systems will be appreciated, as will your fluency in both verbal and written English, critical thinking, decision-making skills, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development are essential.
